Penny’s interest in Complementary Medicine began after repeated antibiotic use took a toll on her health.  This led to her journey in the study of health sciences including nutrition, herbal medicine, naturopathy and homœopathy.  Treatment is tailored to suit the individual and may include naturopathic or nutritional advice, iridology, herbal medicine or homœopathy.  Penny has had great success in the treatment of acute illness (eg. colds and flu, earaches, hayfever) to deeper physical, mental and emotional problems.
