Anam Cara Health is a true oasis tucked away in Freshwater on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches, providing effective treatments, informative & practical courses, a wonderful giftshop and overall a peaceful space in which to visit, heal & grow. 

With a wide variety of treatments on offer we are able to accommodate just about any need by the fortunate clients who walk through our door.  Our professional team are all fully qualified and insured in their chosen fields, sharing the same philosophy on healing the 'whole' person, rather than just the symptom.  Our courses and workshops are an extension of the treatments we provide, aimed at empowering our students to be able to self-heal and live more fulfilling and harmonious lives. 

Anam Cara Health's gift shop stocks a wide vareity of merchandise to stimulate all the senses - beautiful jewellery, luxurious aromatic candles, powerful crystals, Himalayan salt lamps and products, oracle cards and oils/creams just to name a few.

With a strong philosophy regarding self-healing we have a variety of modalities on offer for all people.  Co-owned and directed by Kate Metcalfe and Jacqui Cooper, Anam Cara Health can be of service to all people from all walks of life and of all ages. 

Kate is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist specialising in Remedial Trigger Point Massage, Sacred Stone Therapy, Colour Therapy and the teaching of Infant Massage to new mums. 

Jacqui is a fully qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, specialising in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Together they have devised a system of Energetic Healing incorporating the use of crystals and channelling which they practice together assisting the body and mind in releasing old patterns and traumas to create a feeling of renewal and revival of the body, mind & spirit.

Kate & Jacqui have put together a valued team at Anam Cara Health to fully service all needs of those who cross our path. (see 'The Team' for more information)
