Kate has used natural therapies for herself and her family for most of her life and has been an alternative health therapist for over 10 years. She uses a variety of therapies in her treatments.

Using her broad knowledge base, Kate adapts treatments to suit each client. It is a combination of practitioner & client that initiates the body’s optimum healing response.

All remedial therapies are claimable from most Health Funds

Costs:

           Remedial Trigger Point Massage $80 per hour ($60 concession)

               Pregnancy, relaxation, sports massage $80 per hour ($60 conc)

           Sacred Stone Therapy $145 per 90 - 120 minutes ($115 conc)

           Colour Therapy (chakra massage) $150 - 90 to 120 min

              Meditation Classes - casual weekly Tuesday evening 7 pm  $20
